Yes! Often customers take their own route in these instances we need access to see the route they have taken. This is as simple as sharing a link to the route from any popular route tracking app or website. This includes but isn’t limited to Strava, Mapmyrun, Garmin.

GPX and KML files are just files that contain geographical information on a route (click here if you really want to know how it all technically works). We use these to exactly match the route to our maps. You will have the ability to export these files from routes you have recorded.

Yes! We can use any of the following to create your route map. A link from Strava, MapMyRun, Garmin etc. Alternatively, we can work from GPX or KML files and if needs be a screenshot.

Yes, we aim to please. If for whatever reason we are unable to find the route (generally events pre 2000 are trickier) we will offer you 100% of your money back guaranteed.
